WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE WHEN PURCHASING A TREE?
Aside from the personalized consultation with Troy, the package comes with the personal installation of a unique tree and custom plaque. Depending on your landscape, Troy will then determine which type of filler is best (mulch, rocks, pine straw, etc). Fertilizer will be the final touches, allowing your tree to thrive for generations to come!
I DO NOT HAVE A YARD. WHERE CAN YOU PLANT MY MEMORIAL TREE?
Is there a local park, church, place of employment or a family member’s property you would enjoy visiting to see your memorial tree thriving? Do you have a porch but no yard? No problem! Your special tree and plaque can be installed in a beautiful planter.
HOW DOES ADDING A CUSTOM PLAQUE WORK?
There are two material options for the plaque – aluminum or bronze. All materials will withstand all weather conditions and are equally customizable with the ability to add names, dates, quotes, logos and graphics, and bible verses.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM ORDER TO COMPLETION?
The average time frame of completion is 2-4 weeks. This is mainly due to the custom fabrication of the plaque as they are made in a foundry.
CAN A MEMORIAL TREE BE GIFTED?
Yes! This is the most common process in which a Memorial Tree is planted. Whether it is for a friend or family member who lost a loved one, a housewarming gift, or to celebrate a marriage or anniversary, we have the perfect gift package!
Group gifting can be a great option for those looking to split the cost with multiple people while still providing a meaningful gift for the recipient to admire for many years to come.
WHAT IS THE APPROXIMATE COST OF A TREE AND PLAQUE PACKAGE?
Our standard package starts at $549. This package includes the process from the initial consultation to installation, the memorial tree, and an aluminum plaque.
HOW AND WHEN IS PAYMENT COLLECTED?
We can work with you! The cost of the plaque must be collected as a deposit, in order for fabrication to begin. The remaining balance for the tree and other materials will be collected before or on the day of installation.
ARE THERE OTHER OCCASIONS THAT A TREE CAN BE PLANTED OR GIFTED?
Absolutely. The most common occasion that a tree is planted or gifted is for the loss of a loved one, but other appropriate occasions may include a wedding or anniversary commemoration, the celebration of a new home, the birth of a child, or the loss of a pet.
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE TREE?
YES! We provide a one year warranty on the tree but trust us, you’re in great hands. Site location, soil type and, of course H2O, will all be considered before installing your special tree. The timing of planting will also be considered in the event we are experiencing a drought spell.
